It’s been almost a year and the Taal Volcano Eruption victims were left with no choice but to stay in evacuation centers, even upto these days, as we go through this period of the pandemic.

With this regard, instead of doing our usual street gift giving, our team of anonymous givers have chosen to extend help to these families instead who have not only lost homes in the beginning of the year, but they lost jobs, livelihoood, and the opportunity to rise from the continuous crisis.

We’ll be visiting the community tomorrow, December 20, 2020, to distribute food packages, toys and ready to eat meals.

The past few days have been devastating due to the typhoons that affected several provinces around the country. Many people lost their homes, and unfortunately, some of their family members.

As much as the team would want to, we have opted to not hold any other donation drives alongside with other organizations. But instead, we have chosen to support other groups by sharing as much resources as we can extend.

We’re a small group but we hope that this little volume of items can benefit those who needs it. Hopefully, there would be more to come soon. 😇

A couple of weeks ago, we collaborated with some of our volunteers to give out food and snack packages to our around Sta. Rosa and Cabuyao area including one of the hospitals that cares for most of the city’s patients. Once again, we would like to thank all those who helped prepare the food and to all those who shared their blessings in order for us to fund this project. Let’s continue to pray that we may overcome this crisis. And hopefully, after the lockdown, we can reach to more families who suffered from poverty and hunger. 🙏

The battle for the virus is something to be taken seriously. And as much as we wanted to do for our frontliners, we are choosing to protect our volunteers as well as to adhere to the orders of the government and the advise of our healthcare professionals to stay at home.

The only thing that we can do at this point as we isolate ourselves is to support other causes by sharing their call for donations. Share these posters away to spread the word. We can win over .

We thought about doing something different last year as part of our gift giving missions. So we bought Jollibee packed meals and drove around the city one evening to find homeless kids, adults and families and share them food.

We’re glad to have met people and have made them happy, at least for one night.

Last Christmas season, we shopped and repacked grocery items to give away surprise gift bags around a rural neighborhood in Laguna. So far, we’ve given away over 50 Christmas Gift bags, 100+ toys, and 50 ready to eat meals for our homeless brothers and sisters.

This has been our 6th year in doing this, and we are very much grateful to all of our supporters, sponsors, donors and of course, our volunteers.

Last February 9, 2020, we were able to visit an evacuation center in Aya, Talisay to give out relief goods to some of the families who lost their homes in the Taal Volcano Island. Check out our video below to see how our journey went.

Yesterday, we were able to successfully deliver all the that we’ve accumulated over the past few weeks to help out a few families who are victims of the recent .

We were able to distribute grocery bags, containing canned goods, cup noodles, oatmeal packs, set of instant coffee, bread packs, rice, water, snacks, and toiletries including soap, shampoo, detergent bar and powder, toothpaste and toothbrush set, sanitary napkins and diapers for the babies.

We are utmostly grateful to all those who shared their time, talents and treasure to support this mission.

We found out that not all evacuees receive donations and there are still around 300 to 600 more families who used to live in the Volcano Island with no more homes or livelihood to go back to.

We’ve had to postpone our visit to Batangas last Sunday for the eruption victims because of several personal emergencies. But we didn’t stop moving to complete this project over the past couple of days.

And finally, earlier today, we were able to finish the repacking and the clothes sorting session so that we can bring them this week to the evacuation centers we’re currently in contact with.

We have started receiving donations for the victims. We’re planning to deliver the relief goods to our contact evacuees this Sunday. These families are those who live within the Taal Volcano island and have no more homes or stuff to go back to. If you wish to share more donations, we’ll be accepting cash and grocery items until this Saturday, February 1, 2020 - within Laguna to Alabang area only.
