𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐑𝐁𝐈) 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲.

Data collected and stored for this purpose shall be kept and treated as 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋 and a personal written authorization of the owner shall be required for access and disclosure of data.

Magandang Gabi po sa lahat,

Wala po muna tayu Bakunahan (Immunization) bukas Miyerkules Agosto 27, 2025 sa kadahilanang magkakaroon po ng Mayor's Philheath Caravan sa Nayon Pooc Covered Court at andoon din po ang ating butihing Midwife.

Sa susunod na Miyerkules Setyembre 03, 2025 na po manunumbalik ang ating Bakuna sa mga bata (Immunization) sa ating health center sa Phase 3.

Isang magandang gabi po sa lahat ng taga Sv4-Pooc

Mayroon na po ulit tayung RBS (Random Blood Sugar) sa ating Health Center sa Phase 3, tuwing Martes po ito, siguraduhin lang po na nakapag fasting kayo, at least 3hrs bago magpunta ng health center. Salamat po.
