Adventist Hospital Santiago City Caring Hands, Sharing Hope.

Established in March 16, 1959, Adventist Hospital Santiago City (formerly Cagayan Valley Sanitarium & Hospital) started as a 12-bed hospital located at Dubinan East, Santiago, Isabela in the old Northeast Luzon Mission building. AH Santiago City transferred in its present location on July 24, 1969 and saw the construction of its current hospital with a 50-bed capacity.

Who says finance only crunches numbers? At our Healthy Salad Bowl Making activity, the Finance Cluster tossed their way to 1st Runner Up, proving they know how to mix both budget and broccoli!

Meanwhile, our Nursing Cluster dressed their bowl with care and claimed 2nd Runner Up, and the Operations Cluster efficiently landed 3rd Runner Up—because healthy living is everyone’s operation!

A – Annual eye check-up – kahit isang beses sa isang taon, ipa-check ang mata!
H – Huwag magbasa sa madilim – masisira ang mata sa liwanag na kulang.

History

March 16, 1959 marked the day when Cagayan Valley Sanitarium & Hospital or CVSH (now Adventist Hospital - Santiago City, Inc.) was established by pioneers led by Dr. Celedonio A. Fernando, Fellow of the Philippine College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons. CVSH started as a 12-bed hospital located at Dubinan East, Santiago, Isabela in the old Northeast Luzon Mission building with medical equipment donated by friends abroad and by the Loma Linda Alumni Association. July 24, 1969 saw the inauguration of the new CVSH building at its present site at Mabini, Santiago City, Isabela with a 50-bed capacity.
