MECHANICS
The Hulag Hinublag Fun Run for Health and Wellness 2025 is organized in line to Our Hinublag Festival and Founding Anniversary as part of the community’s advocacy for health promotion, physical fitness, wellness and camaraderie.
Race Schedule
• Assembly Time: 4:00 AM
• Gun Start:
• 10K – 4:30 AM
• 5K – 4:45 AM
• 3K – 4:50 AM
Registration Details
• Deadline: December 05, 2025
• Registration Fees:
• 3K – ₱300
• 5K – ₱350
• 10K – ₱400
• Fun Category (No awards): ₱100
• Includes race bib, snacks, finisher medal only
Note: Registration is done at any Barangay Health Center of Sto. Niño. No on-site registration on race day.

Eligibility
• Open to all ages
Oldest Participant Contest
• Participant must finish the race without assistance
• Unregistered pacers or helpers are not allowed
• DNF (Did Not Finish) runners are disqualified
REMINDERS & RACE RULES
1. Race Bib
• Must be worn in front of the singlet for identification.
• Pets, bicycles, motor vehicles, scooters, and other wheeled devices are strictly prohibited.
• Only official race and medical vehicles are allowed on the route.
2. Gun Start Timing
• Winners will be determined using GUN START TIME.
• No timing chips available.
• Elite runners are advised to stay at the front line.
3. Ribbons at Turning Points
Participants must collect ribbons as proof of reaching the correct turning point:
• 10K – Red Ribbon
• 5K – Blue Ribbon
• 3K – Green Ribbon
Turning Point Locations:
• 10K: National Highway, 500m from Bugtong Bukid, Brgy. M. Roxas
• 5K: 400 meters from South Oil Gasoline Station
• 3K: Near the Round Ball
Failure to secure a ribbon = Disqualification
4. Course Closure
Participants must finish within the cut-off time:
• 3K – 1 hour
• 5K – 1 hour 30 minutes
• 10K – 2 hours 30 minutes
Runners exceeding the cut-off may not be considered official finishers and may be asked to move off the main route.
5. Early Retirement from Race
• Any participant wishing to stop must approach any race official.
• Will be assessed by the medical team before being pulled out.
• Officials may remove participants deemed unsafe to continue.

6. Aid Stations
Located at the following points:
1. Shell Gasoline Station
2. 3K turning point
3. 5K turning point
4. Bugtong Bukid
5. 10k turning point
Runners requiring medical attention will be directed to the nearest aid station.
7. Disqualification & Misrepresentation
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who:
• Are under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
• Misrepresent their identity
• Fail to follow race rules
It is the participant’s responsibility to prove identity if challenged.
8. Protests
• Must be filed in writing within 1 hour after the race.
• Must include a non-refundable protest fee of ₱1,000.
• Verbal protests will not be entertained.
9. Finish Line Protocol
• Clear the finish line immediately after crossing to avoid congestion.
• Medals, refreshments, and post-race services are available near the tents.
