The Red Cross Youth Council – SNHS stayed on high alert throughout the 3-day celebration of the 79th Foundation Anniversary of Sarrat National High School!

From the opening festivities to the historic stage production of Hiraya sa BuKEYd, our team worked tirelessly to ensure a safe, healthy, and secure environment for all performers and guests. The first-ever stage play presentation of SNHS was a resounding success, showcasing the remarkable talent, passion, and creativity of our students and teachers on stage. 🎭

We are honored to have provided medical standby and safety support for this incredible milestone in our school’s history!

📢 CALLING ALL QUALIFIED BLOOD DONORS! 🩸❤️

The SNHS Red Cross Youth Council is organizing a blood letting activity on February 18, 2026 at Sarrat National High School, and we need your help to save lives!

If you want to donate and make a difference, here’s what you need to know to qualify under the Philippine Red Cross guidelines:

✅ Aged 16 to 65 years old (ages 16-17 require written parental/guardian consent)
✅ Weight at least 50 kg (110 lbs)
✅ Get at least 5 hours of sleep the night before
✅ No alcohol intake within the last 24 hours
✅ Eat before donating (avoid fatty foods)
✅ Be in good general health and free from current illness
✅ Female donors with their monthly period may still donate if they pass screening
✅ A healthy donor can donate blood every three months
