Deiparine Community Hospital continues to innovate for the benefit of its patients and clientele in line with the implementation of the Universal Health Care Act.
Today we have launched our P.A.R.T.N.E.R. Program, which stands for Primary Care Access & Registration Thru Networked Establishments in Remote Areas.
What used to be a passive registration of patients to Primary Care Access has now been transformed into an active engagement and reach-out to our patients especially in remote areas. This will be made possible by fostering partnerships with not just medical, dental and eye clinics but companies, schools, businesses, organizations/associations or individuals.
Through them, we are able to provide the necessary primary care due to them, further augmenting the efforts already made by our local health units.
All of these are aimed towards achieving a comprehensive and well-coordinated health care to our patients.
The PARTNER Program focuses on strengthening wellness, preventive, promotive and rehabilitative care. This will include comprehensive health risk assessment as well as Dental Care, Optometric and Mental Health Care among others.
Secondarily, it provides coverage for patients requiring emergency care and in-hospital care.
We are grateful for the different Eye Clinics, Dental Clinics, Medical Clinics, Birthing Clinics and Schools who positively responded to our call for partnership.
Great thanks to Dr. Bmz Zaballero for the insightful short lecture on Managing Diabetes in Primary Care.
Thanks to Sinocare iCan CGM for the lunch.
