1️⃣ Kutob sa mahimo, ayaw tunlob sa baha
2️⃣ Panghugas o kaligo dayon gamit ang limpyo nga tubig ug sabon ilabi na kun naka-tunlob sa baha
3️⃣ Pakonsulta sa doktor aron mahatagan og saktong reseta sa tambal batok sa Leptospirosis

There are different types of :

👉 HSV-1:
🔸 Commonly causes oral herpes with cold sores or mouth ulcers.
🔸 Often spread through saliva or oral contact in childhood.
🔸 Can also cause ge***al herpes later in life through sexual contact.

👉 HSV-2:
🔸 Main cause of ge***al herpes, responsible for 90% of recurrent ge***al symptoms.
🔸 Spread mainly through sexual activity.
🔸 Increases the risk of acquiring HIV by up to three times.
