1. General Conduct
• Respectful Communication – All interactions must be kind and respectful. Disrespectful, harassing, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
• Confidentiality – All readings, rituals, and spiritual work are private. Your details will not be shared without consent.
• Energy Boundaries – Mayari reserves the right to decline or stop a session if the client’s behavior or energy is disruptive.

2. Booking & Payments
• Advance Booking Required – Sessions and rituals are strictly by appointment.
• Payment Policy – Full payment must be made before the service begins.
• Accepted Payment Methods – [GCash, Bank Transfer]
• No Payment, No Service – Bookings without confirmed payment will be automatically cancelled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 24-Hour Notice – Inform at least 24 hours before the session to reschedule.
• No-Show Policy – Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
• Refund Policy – Payments are non-refundable but may be credited to future services if proper notice is given.
