Screen time guidelines

With readily available cell phones, tablets, game devices, and more, screens are not only easy to access but also hard to avoid these days.

We understand there will be screen time, but not all screens are created equal. Just remember to set clear guidelines, such as time limits, and ensure these programs are both child-friendly and of high quality.

Leptospirosis FAQs

Kung nalubog ka sa baha kahit wala kang sugat sa paa, uminom ng 2 tableta ng Doxycycline 100 mg sa loob ng 24 oras para pangontra sa leptospirosis. Libre ito sa mga health center.
‘Wag na tayong dumagdag sa bilang ng may lepto.

So so true. And surprised that the internet once again is wrong? Check out the cars your pediatricians are driving. And then see what cars or homes the influencers or “naturopathic doctors”’(few who are actual MD’s and all are self pay btw) have. Finally, telling lies about pediatricians is a quick way to anger some nice, smart and caring people.

There is a surge of Flu-like Illnesses in the clinic and emergency room. People are trying to be vaccinated with the flu vaccine, but are unfortunately getting expired shots from the previous year.

While waiting for this year's flu vaccine to be available, protect yourselves by frequent hand washing, wearing masks, and staying healthy by eating right and exercising.

In the meantime, you may get vaccinated with the Pneumococcal vaccine to protect you from other respiratory illnesses.
