Here’s how we honor the life of Junne, a chef who dedicated decades of his life to feeding people with love, passion, and heart.

To celebrate his life in a more personal way, we created a memorialisation corner in his home inspired by what he loved or did most of his life to provide - food, cooking, and gathering people together.

This time, we were the ones preparing the last dish for him.

Each ingredient placed on the table carried a meaning, a memory, or a feeling. Guests were invited to write messages, reflections, and prayers, then place them into a wok — a tribute to the tool he held for so many years in the kitchen.

Thank you, Nonong Junne, for nourishing so many lives beyond the table. 🤍

In Loving Memory of
Eusebio “Nonong Junne” Junne J. Reyes August 14, 1958 – May 14, 2026

A devoted husband, loving father, and selfless provider, Nonong Junne lived a life anchored in sacrifice, hard work, and unwavering love for his family.

For most of his life, he worked abroad in Europe, carrying not only the weight of responsibility but also the dreams and future of his children in his heart. Though distance separated him from the people he loved most, every sacrifice he made, every long day of labor, and every moment spent away from home was driven by one purpose... to give his family a better life.

Nonong Junne will always be remembered as a father who gave the very best of himself to his family. He was a man of strength, humility, and deep devotion, someone who placed the needs of his loved ones above his own comforts.

Though his earthly journey has come to an end, the legacy of his sacrifices, values, and love will continue to live on in the lives he nurtured and the family he built.

May he now find eternal rest in the loving embrace of God, reunited in peace, and forever cherished in the hearts of those who love him.

Sir Terry’s passing came suddenly, leaving his family especially his wife and daughter shocked and unprepared. He was the one who brought laughter into the room. Always joking, always light, he had a way of making things feel easier just by being there.

To his wife, he was more than a partner. There was a softness between them. he was sweet, a little playful, and someone who leaned into her care in a quiet, familiar way.

This loss feels too soon, too abrupt. And as they gather to say goodbye, there’s still a sense that it doesn’t quite feel real.

But he remains in the way he made people feel…lighter, warmer, and at ease. He will be deeply missed.

In moments like this, it’s natural to move through many emotions all at once: shock, denial, disbelief, feelings that are hard to make sense of. Mont Eden is commit to be with families during times like this, no rush, just guidance with care and compassion.
