At this dangerous times, we can take 500mg of ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C) ONCE/TWICE a day.

For example: Take 1 tab at 8 Am, another at 8 PM after meals.

The maximun dose is 2,000mg Ascorbic acid/day, but we suggest to stay on the lower range so as not to create damage on your liver, although it rarely happens.

Signs and symptoms of overdose in Ascorbic acid is nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea. Drink a lot of water to encourage urination that will eliminate excess vitamin. 💊

Alkaline or non-acidic Vitamin C is called SODIUM ASCORBATE, kindly ask your Pharmacist about it. (Not advisable for hypertensive patients) 👨🏼‍🔬

Wash your hands regularly.
