This month we focus on appreciating our bodies that have helped us each and every day of our lives through activities that promote taking care of our physical health! We recognize the strength of our bodies through physical activities and have a toast to the fuel that gives us the energy we need by celebrating our healthy meals!
In celebration for the 51st Nutrition Month Celebration Kick-off with the Theme: FOOD AT NUTRITION SECURITY MAGING PRIORITY! SAPAT NA PAGKAIN KARAPATAN NATIN!, the SIQUIJOR PRIMARY CARE FACILITY will conduct a 5K FUN RUN activity.

☑️Registration starting June 9 - July 2, 2025 at Siquijor Birthing Center (new building beside Philippine Red Cross Office), 8am until 5pm (WEEKDAYS ONLY)

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. This event is to promote awareness on the importance of physical activities in optimizing one's health as a habit.
2. To join, participants are required to pay a non-refundable entry fee of P350.00 (Registered between June 9-13, inclusions are Singlet, Race Bib, Finisher Medal and Snacks) and P200.00 (Registered beyond June 13, inclusions are Race Bib, Finisher Medal and Snacks) with an accomplished official registration form. Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. All participants are required to complete and sign the official entry form containing the required personal details/information with waiver of Liability and Race Agreement.
4. Participants must be physically fit. Affixing your signature in the waiver of Liability and Race Agreement constitutes adherence to the Rules and Regulations including the truthfulness of declaration fitness and recognize Waiver of Liability on the part of the organizer.
5. Events routes maybe subject to change for safety and traffic reason.
6. The organizers will not be in any way responsible for disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
7. Declaration of winners shall be absolute. All protest to related results be addressed PRIOR to the declaration of winners.
8. A race/run event has its own risks. While every reasonable precautionary measure will be taken to ensure the safety of each participant, it is understood that participants join the race at their own risk act is no way shall the organizers be made liable or responsible for injury, disability, or death arising out of or in connection with the event.
9. Certificates will be given to the top 10 finishers of the race.
