Survivor si baby Jacob ng isang bacterial infection na naging dahilan ng pagkaka-confine nya ng 2 buwan nung infant pa lang sya.

Two months si baby ng finally makauwi na kami. Nung time na yun, kitang-kita ang naging effects sa kanya ng pagkakasakit nya. Yung eyes nya hindi makapag-focus. Hindi sya tumitingin sa tao pag kinakausap sya. Yung left hand nya lagi nakalagay sa dibdib nya hindi maigalaw. Meron syang muscle spasms. And hindi masyado nagagalaw ang mga paa nya. Meron ding side effects ang gamot na binigay sa kanya – katulad ng pagiging irritable.
Para sa isang mother na katulad ko, sobrang hirap na makita ang nangyayari sa baby ko. Pero hindi ako sumuko, naghanap talaga ako ng pwedeng makatulong sa kanya. June 3 noon nang makita ko ang post sa Facebook. Naginquire ako tungkol sa health benefits ng Reliv para sa anak ko. Nag-decide din akong omorder nung day na yun. Nagpa-member na din ako para makuha ko yung lifetime 20% discount.

Nung matanggap ko po yung Reliv Now for Kids at Lunarich, pina-take ko agad si baby. That night, sobrang himbing ng tulog nya, dati kasi madalas disturbed ang sleep nya. At ang mas nakakatuwa, for the first time, kalmado at happy sya pagkagising. Pag gumigising kasi sya dati sa umaga, sobrang bugnutin, iyak ng iyak, at ayaw magpahawak.

*After 2 weeks…
Nahiyang si baby sa Reliv. Regular nang maganda ang tulog nya. Nag-gain sya ng weight. Maingay na din sya. Konti na lang ang muscle spasms nya. Nagagalawa na ang katawan nya – naiaangat na ang kamay at naisisipa na ang mga paa. Sa hospital na-amaze sila kasi ang bilis ng recovery ni baby. Ano daw secret ko at yun nga sinabi ko na pinapag-take ko ng Reliv.

Sanay na sanay na sa Reliv si baby. Ayaw na dumede pag walang Reliv. Marunong na sya magwala ngayon. Pag gutom sisigaw ng malakas – which is yun ang gusto namin lalo na ng pedia na big change sa kanya ngayon. Good sign daw yun. Nakikipag-interact na din sya. Pag may kumakausap sa kanya, talagang tinitingnan nya, naka-focus talaga sya. And I’m so happy na nawala na din totally ang muscle spasms nya.

Nag-6 months na si Jacob nung Sept. 7, and a little over 3 months na syang naka-Reliv. Libangan nya ngayon ang sumakay sa walker. Enjoy na enjoy syang mag-ikot sa buong bahay habang naka-walker. May words na din sya – he can now say Ma, Dada, and Ate. Pag naiinis sya sa ate nya, bigla syang sumisigaw ng Ateeee!!! Gulat na gulat ang Papa nya nang marinig nya na tinatawag ni Jacob si Ate. Alam nya na din ang name nya. Pag tinawag namin sya, lumilingon agad sya. Nakikinig din pag sinabihan ng Nooo! Pag dumidila kami sa kanya, ilalabas nya din tongue nya at gaganti din ng dila.

May kamahalan ang Reliv pero sulit naman. Kaya nag-desisyon kami ng Papa nya na gawin na syang maintenance ni baby. Naniniwala kami na with Reliv and syempre with prayers, magiging maayos lahat kay baby.
