Vacancy: 1 HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
General Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. With a master's degree, law units, and other advanced certifications is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), or the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) can be beneficial but not required.
• Relevant work experience such as internships, co-op placements, or entry-level HR positions or related fields is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
