You need to consume MORE CALCIUM, to prevent CALCIUM OXALATE STONES.

Labo ba? Hindi. Counterintuitive lang.

CALCIUM ang most-common component ng kidney stones. Pero! Hindi ka dapat tumigil kumain ng mga high-calcium food. LOW CALCIUM consumption ang nakaka-kidney stones, hindi high-calcium consumption.
