👶👧🧒 Let’s keep kids safe, dry, and healthy this rainy season!

☔ 1. Keep Them Warm & Dry
✔️ Dress in layers
✔️ Use raincoats, umbrellas, and waterproof shoes
✔️ Always dry off after getting wet

🍲 2. Boost Immunity with Nutritious Food
✔️ Serve warm meals with fruits and veggies
✔️ Offer vitamin C-rich snacks like oranges and calamansi
✔️ Encourage water or warm soup for hydration

🧼 3. Practice Good Hygiene
✔️ Wash hands often
✔️ Clean toys and surfaces
✔️ Avoid sharing utensils, especially when someone is sick

💧 4. Watch Out for Mosquitoes
✔️ Use mosquito repellents
