Open Repair of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

65 yo male who came in due to Abdominal Pain.
On whole Abdominal CT scan, a 4cm saccular infrarenal aortic aneurym with areas of fat stranding was seen.
Open repair done. Perioperative course unremarkable. Patient discharged stable

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm - isang kundisyon kung saan ang pinakamalaking ugat sa tyan ay abnormal na lumolobo. It ay maaring pumutok na maaring magdulot ng matinding pagdudugo sa loob ng tyan.
Risk Factors:
-Lalake
- edad 60 pataas
- nagsisigarilyo
- hypertension

Sintomas:
- masakit na tyan
- masakit na likod
- pagbagsak ng BP kung ito ay pumutok na
-pamumutla

38yo male came in due to difficulty of breathing. He underwent tube thoracostomy but there was persistent airleak for 1month hence consult. Patient underwent the procedure and was discharged stable.
