ANNOUNCEMENT

Good day, TNHSians!

Due to organization protocols, the Mental Health Ambassadors and Peer Counselors and Educators' election WILL NOT proceed on the said schedule tomorrow, July 22 2025.

Instead, the organization will conduct the application and screening of participants. Participants who are interested to join are asked to proceed at the Guidance Office to get and fill up the application forms.

The schedule of the election will be announced on a later date.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month — a time to bring attention to the often-overlooked emotional struggles that many men face in silence. Society teaches men to ‘tough it out,’ but true strength lies in vulnerability, honesty, and the courage to ask for help. Too many are battling quietly, thinking they have to face it alone. Let's change the conversation. Check in on your friends, encourage open dialogue, and remind the men in your life that their mental health matters just as much as their physical health. 💬💙

Pride is not just a month; it's a movement that is a powerful reminder to all of us of the power of love, acceptance, and equality. We stand together embracing every color of the rainbow, knowing that our differences make us stronger, and our voices are louder.

Due to Tropical Storm Kristine (Tramil), there will be changes to the schedule of the following testing centers for the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific admission test. The schedule of Tabaco National High School - Tabaco City will be moved from October 27, 2024 to December 1, 2024. Please see the photo attached below.

The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy informs the public that the 𝗣𝗠𝗠𝗔 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 scheduled on 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 is hereby 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙙 in 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗪𝗜𝗗𝗘. This is due to the weather disturbance caused by Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine”.

This decision has been made to ensure the safety and well-being of all examiners, volunteer cadets, and applicants.

"Your mind matters—let’s uplift one another!" Hey there, mga ka-mental! All eyes on here👀👀 as we converse about the "BASIC PEER NAVIGATION AND PEER HELPING SEMINAR - WORKSHOP" with a theme: Charting Paths Together: Enhancing Peer Support Skills among TNHSians PeerKada, that was held on September 27, 2024 from 7:30am-5:00 pm.

At our school, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. It's time to break the stigma and open up the conversation! 🌱 Let's support each other on this journey, share our stories, and create an environment where everyone feels safe to express themselves. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, and together, we can foster resilience and understanding. Join us as we delve into workshops, activities, and discussions that promote well-being and empower every student to embrace their mental health journey.
