Get to know our Clinical Director Teacher Van:
After being an assistant teacher in a progressive school, Teacher Van became passionate about working with young children. Teacher Van has been in Behaviour Analysis for the past 13 years. She had experience working in the Philippines, Dubai, and Australia. Teacher Van is working alongside with 3 more case managers, who have been in the field for more than 2 decades to develop individual behaviour plans and create a strategy to support children. She also conducts VBMAPP, ESDM VINELAND, and PEAK assessments, parent training, and behavior skills training. Van has completed her BCaBA coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology and got her certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2020. She is currently overseeing several therapy centers as a case manager. Teacher Van has worked with clients from 2.5 to 7 years of age in-home, center, and school-based settings. She is passionate about teaching and supporting children to achieve their full potential. Teacher Van has a strong approach to teamwork, which fosters successful relationships with families.
