When: August 18, 2025
Where: Tabuelan Astrodome

Needed for the activity:
- 200 clients

-CLIENTS TO BE CATER:
*MUST BE 15 years old and above.
*For patient below 14-9 years (he/she MUST BE Household Contact of TB Patients)

- Priorities:
*Senior
*PWD
*Close Contact with TB patients
*IP
*Immunocompromised
*4ps Member
*Those people who are willing to be x-rayed.

For pre-listing, please go to your respective BHW's or any healthcare workers.

We are thrilled to announce that Tabuelan has achieved 1.37% of its 2024 target for voluntary non-remunerated blood donations, surpassing expectations and contributing significantly to the Department of Health Central Visayas Center for Health Development’s (DOH CV-CHD) mission of ensuring a safe, ethical, and sustainable blood supply! This milestone reflects our community’s unwavering spirit of “bayanihan" and compassion.

We proudly conclude our impactful Nutrition Month celebration under this year’s powerful theme:
Food and Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!" 🥬🌽

Heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made our Nutri-Quiz Bee 🧠 and Agro Fair 🌱 a resounding success! These activities highlighted our commitment to making food security a community priority while empowering citizens with knowledge and resources.

Ang TABUELAN RHU adunay ipahigayon nga MOBILE BLOOD DONATION karong umaabot July 20, 2025 (Sunday). Ang venue anhi sa atong Olivo Covered Court og Abante Covered Court.

Kinsa ang pwede maka donate?
-Edad 16-60 years old (16-17 y.o. dapat adunay parents/guardian consent. Ang Regular donor pwede maka donate hangtod sa edad 65 years old).
- Timbang naka abot ug 50 kilograms pataas
- Dapat Healthy ug walay gipamati sa lawas

Unsay buhaton before sa Donation?
- Matulog ug insakto sa dili mo minos 6 ka oras
- Dapat wala nanigarilyo 4 hours before sa pag donate
- Dapat wala naka inom ug ilimnong maka hubog sulod sa 24 oras
- Limitahan ang pag kaon ug matambukon ug mantikaon nga mga pagkaon.
- Moinom ug daghang tubig
- Mokaon ug igong gidaghanon 2 hours sa dili pa mag donate.
