Our 3rd Gather and Grow / Roadshow mini-event.

Last Sunday, Oh Oils by Jixs and OiLEYTEam, together with some of our friends, neighbors, and family members, joined us to help our team become a reality.

Building a team as we gather is a good sign of a growing community. We don’t do this perfectly, and we’ve only just begun, but we’re growing as we go. I’ve learned that building a community doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to look like the picture-perfect community sitting, smiling, and happy with each other; it has to start within you and be shared with your family and friends. It's their greatest contribution to living a toxin-free life.

We had our mini-event, "Gather and Grow," during the long weekend and holidays.

Everything is possible in a small way with a great impact on our lives. This mini-event is our starting point for building friendships and journeying with a toxin-free community. We welcomed three new members.

When we think of production, we think of reaching out to others. So yesterday was a productive day for us.

For this month of October again, we had our mini event again
"Gather and Grow", and welcomed 5 new members into our community who will be starting to journey into a toxin-free lifestyle.

Today was a successful day for us. At our first roadshow of oiling experience, we had a start of 2 sign-ups. And before the day ends, we have five new prospects. As the saying goes, just believe, and you will definitely achieve it.

For fatigued feelings, inhale Peppermint or place a drop on your tongue to promote alertness and mental feeshness.

Fatigue is a term used to describe an overall lack of energy or feeling of tiredness. Many people today reach for energy drinks or shots loaded with caffeine to avoid fatigue. However, this may be making things worse and actually contributing to your fatigue.

First off, about 10% of humans don't clear caffeine from the body efficiently due to polymorphisms in the CYP1A2 gene, which controls the expression of enzymes that breakdown and clear caffeine. Genetics aside, consumption of caffeine triggers the release of cortisol. High caffeine levels can negatively effect cortisol and energy levels. Too much caffeine can even overwork your adrenals (to produce cortisol excessively) and make them work less efficiently.

A more natural solution for fatigue may be peppermint essential oil. A review article reported that menthol in peppermint may increase cellular energy metabolism by stimulating the central nervous system. Specifically, menthol stimulates the adrenal cortex to enhance energy. In addition, clinical research shows that peppermint increases alertness and improves mental freshness.

The silent killer - Hypertension.
Citronella, Benzoin, Nutmeg, Carrier oil, apply few drops to a cotton or tissue and inhale 15-20 mins, twice daily.

It is estimated that nearly 1.3 billion adults aged 30 to 79 years old have high blood pressure (hypertension). Almost half of these individuals are unaware that they do, which is why hypertension is often called "the silent killer." Hypertension, damages your arteries and heart, increasing the risk of coronary artery disease, aneurysm, heart failure, stroke, dementia, and more.

A clinical study evaluated the effects of inhaling a blend of essential oils (three separate formulas with different percentages of the oils) containing citronella (12.5%-37.5%), nutmeg (12.5%-37.5%), and benzoin (25%) in a carrier oil base (25%) in people with hypertension aged 40 to 60 years old. Inhaling the blends resulted in significant reductions in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure and participants reported feeling more calm and refreshed.

To mimic one of the blends, add 30 drops of citronella, 20 drops of benzoin, 10 drops of nutmeg, and 15 drops of carrier oil to a 5 mL bottle. Shake well. Apply a few drops of the blend to a tissue or cotton pad and inhale for 15 to 20 minutes, twice daily.
