Supported by the European Union, the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and the Department of Health, the EVAcoh Project is a coop-based social enterprise and health promotion initiative that aims to address maternal and family health issues in Eastern Visayas, Philippines. PHANSuP is a non-stock, non-profit organization development entrepreneur that engages communities in co-creating lasting, people-centered solutions to address health and development inequities and disparities. VICTO National is a federation of 249 primary cooperatives nationwide with decades of experience in cooperative training and development. Aside from PHANSuP and VICTO National, the implementing partners also include ten primary cooperatives (as of June 2012), namely: 1. Francis Xavier Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SFHC), Abuyog, Leyte; 2. Help First Basey Multi-Purpose Cooperative (HFBMPC) in Basey, Samar; 3. Bontoc Multi-Purpose Coop (BCCI) in Bontoc Southern, Leyte; 4. San Isidro Parish Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SIPMPC) in St. Silago Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SMPC) in Silago, Southern Leyte; 6. Sts. Peter & Paul Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SPPMPC) in Hinunangan, Southern, Leyte, 7. Northern Samar Multi-Purpose Cooperative(NSDWCCI) in Allen, Northern, Samar; 8. Biatungan Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BMC) in Tinambacan, Calbayog, City; and 9. Palapag Teachers, Employees Community Multi-purpose Cooperative (PATECI) in Palapag, Northern Samar and Libagon Area Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LAMP) in Libagon, Southern Leyte. These 10 cooperatives are members of VICTO National.
