1️⃣ Regular na Check-up at Monitoring
Magpatingin palagi sa doktor at sundin ang schedule ng:
PSA test (Prostate-Specific Antigen)
Digital Re**al Exam (DRE)
Imaging o biopsy kung kinakailangan
Mas maagang natutukoy ang pagbabago, mas maganda ang resulta ng gamutan.
2️⃣ Sundin ang Iniresetang Gamutan
