Kung alam ko lang,Hindi sana Ako nag dadialysis ngaun 3x week😭😭😭
Kung natuto lang ako ng maaga at naging healthy Ang lifestyle ko
Baka maganda na Ang bahay ko
Baka may sasakyan na Ako
Baka marami na akung savings
Baka panay pasyal na kami ng pamilya ko ngaun
Baka nabibilhan ko na cla ng mga gusto nila ngaun
Mga pangarap na impossible ko na atang matupad dahil ito na Ang buhay ko ngaun naka upo sa upuan ng dialysis center tinutusukan ng dalawang malaking karayom para iconnect sa machine ng 4 na oras 3x a week
Hindi ko alam at walang nakaka-alam kung hanggang kailan at kung makakawala pa ba Ako sa machine na ito😥😥😥

Self-medicated with pain killers whenever i felt discomfort.
Drinking too much Energy Drinks and Soft Drinks
💔 Lesson: diabetes and High blood pressure must be monitored and treated, unhealthy lifestyle also is a must,Kung hindi, kidney function will decline. Once kidney fails, dialysis becomes a lifetime routine—taking your time, money, and health away.
