The answer is yes, it is fair.
Fair lang na maningil ang doktor ng consultation fee kahit wala pang nairesetang gamot.
Yung fee is not just for a prescription. It’s for the professional assessment, history taking, PE, clinical judgment, decision making skills sa kung anong “lab tests muna” ang kailangan.

Parang sa ibang profession din yan, kahit evaluation pa lang at wala pang final output, may professional fee pa rin dahil expertise and time ng propesyunal ang binabayaran.
