Para sa mas angkop na diet plan, ugaliing kumonsulta sa inyong doktor o dietitian.

Who can donate?
• Ages 16–65 years old
– Ages 16–17 must bring parental consent
• Minimum weight of 50 kg
• In good health with normal blood pressure, pulse, and hemoglobin
• At least 90 days since last blood donation

Important reminders:
• Tattoos, piercings, or acupuncture should be 1 year old or more
• No alcohol 24 hours before donation
• Get at least 6 hours of sleep before donating
• All donors will undergo a brief medical screening and interview

Your one donation can save multiple lives.
