PUBLIC ADVISORY

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, directing all government agencies and instrumentalities to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols, the Barangay New Passi has issued Executive Order No. 2, Series of 2026, effective immediately.
Under this order, the barangay will implement a 4-day onsite work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to help reduce energy load consumption.

💠Barangay New Passi officially kicked off its 59th Founding Anniversary celebration on February 07, 2026 with an energetic and colorful Opening Salvo.

💠The day began with a vibrant parade led by the Rajah Muda National High School Drum and Lyre Corps, filling the streets with lively beats and spirited performances that set the festive tone for the week-long celebration.

💠Adding to the excitement, the community witnessed the grand presentation of the stunning candidates for Mutya ng New Passi 2026, followed by the confident and inspiring candidates for Hot Mama 2026...each representing the beauty, grace, and empowerment of New Passi’s women.

💠The program continued with the ceremonial raising of Purok banners, symbolizing unity and pride among all zones of the barangay.

💠The highlight of the event was the formal declaration of the opening of the anniversary activities, marking the beginning of a series of meaningful, fun, and community-centered events.

💠With enthusiasm filling the air, Barangay New Passi welcomed its 59th year with joy, pride, and a renewed sense of togetherness.
