For companies requiring a more comprehensive health check-up, we offer Team Reconnect and Team Reconnect Gold, which includes a complete health assessment in addition to fun and interactive wellness activities. Team reconnect package options are available for overnight or day visit. The Workwell Project presents wellness in an entirely different light, as can be seen in the following fun -flled yet educational activities:
• Mindful CHOICES: Living Your Best Life Now! – A 30-minute lecturette which jumpstarts the day’s activities, introducing the CHOICES concept, as the framework of the day’s activities.
• Digital Meridian Scan – A state-of-the-art computerized health monitoring system which provides a thorough profile of an individual’s current health through easy graphs and charts
• Tai Qi Gong Exercises – Traditional Chinese exercises done in the garden to improve health and to increase energy flow through gentle and graceful, repeatitive movements. Scientifically proven to enhance one’s well being.
• Laughter and Dance Yoga – A combination of dance, exercise, laughter and fun, this activity releases endorphins or “happiness” hormones while at the same time, provides a wonderful bonding opportunity for the team.
• Healthy Food Preparation Demo – A favorite part of the day when the kitchen team demonstrates how to prepare delicious food bursting with nutrients.
• Eco-therapy Exercise Circuit – Teams go around the garden following instructions on the “Par Kur” exercise trail.
• Partner Massage –Therapists teach the participants simple head and shoulder massage techniques that they can practice in the office or at home to help release tension.
• Wellness Pampering Experience (choice of massage, facial, or foot massage) – A choice of either a 30 or 60 minute pampering and relaxation session which makes participants feel special and appreciated.
• Nature Discovery Walk – A walk deep in the heart of pineapple and coffee fields opens the team’s eyes to the wonders of nature’s healing magic as our guide explains the various uses of the different plants participants encounter.
• Fun Run – Depending on the mood and the capacity of the participants (choice of 1km, 3km, or 5 km), the fun run takes the group around the Tagaytay countryside for some fresh air and exercises
