Kim's Diary Million Glow Drinks!✨
RECOMMENDATIONS ON BEST TIME TO DRINK if you want to maximize drinking all flavors of Million Glow 🩷💖
(Remember! It is still best to drink warm glass of water to start your day!)
Morning/Breakfast:
Avocado (Calories=25) has ORAL SUNSCREEN hence it's best taken in the morning, also has appetite suppressant so it will make you feel full and could be a good meal replacement if you desire to lose some weight but if you don't, just eat per usual and it should still be fine.
Hazelnut Coffee (Calories=20) is the one that helps improve MENTAL ALERTNESS which is great for a day starter, it also has L-Carnitine and other ingredients that can help in weight management.
Any Meal Time or basically anytime you crave for sweet drinks, this will be your guilt-free drink:
Strawberry Peach with Lemon (Calories=20), the FAT BUSTER, as the name itself, it naturally helps burn fats and if you drink this 15minutes before lunch, you'll feel full and as it suppresses appetite, it helps you eat less. It is also the best replacement for your "not-so-healthy" drinks like soda and powdered juices which have too much sugar as this one is sweetened with stevia (all flavors actually!)
Before Nap or Bed time:
Watermelon Strawberry (Calories=25) has a Chamomile tea which gives you the CALMING effect that leads to having a good sleep. Many of my clients who tried this can attest that they slept earlier and better after drinking this flavor.
