The establishment of a College of Medicine and a hospital with complete facilities and equipment was envisioned during the presidency of Fr. Florante Camacho, SVD, at Holy Name University.

This vision later found concrete expression in the creation of Holy Name University Medical Center, Inc., as part of the University’s mission of faith and service.

May he now find eternal rest after a life of faithful service.
