Allied Care Experts (ACE) Medical Center-Bohol, Inc. held a community health event for World Hypertension Day on May 19, 2026. Residents from different barangays in Tagbilaran City gathered at the CPG Grand Hall on the 8th floor under the theme, โ€œControlling Hypertension Together.โ€โฃ

The event started with a clear talk by Dr. Ma. Fay Antonette Mijares-Sarong, who explained the basics of hypertension, its hidden dangers, and how to spot it early. Next, Dr. Charles Mark Loquere led an interactive Lay Forum. This gave the audience a chance to ask questions and learn simple, everyday lifestyle changes to keep their blood pressure under control.โฃ
