For ease of shopping we have streamlined our contact tracing efforts through our "A-pass" contact tracing app. In line with this, we wish to clarify the speculation circulating online regarding the "No QR code, No Entry" policy.

Our mall-goers may still enter the mall premises, even without the said QR code as the management is finalizing the guidelines for this policy.

In the meantime, we invite all our mall-goers to pre-register at our registration booth located at the upper ground floor of Island City Mall, in between BPI and National Book Store. You may use your existing Provincial and City QR code for the registration.

Alturas Mall store hours effective May 4, 2020

In observance of the Holy Week, Island City Mall, Alturas Mall, Alta Citta Mall, Plaza Marcela, Alturas-Talibon, and Alturas-Tubigon are open, except on Holy Thursday, April 9; and Good Friday, April 10; when all are closed. Regular business hours will resume on the following day, Black Saturday, April 11.

At Alta Citta Mall, only Jollibee is open on Holy Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM, but closed the whole day on Good Friday; while Jollibee CPG Drive-thru is both open on Holy Thursday, from 7 AM to 7 PM; and Good Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Jollibee outlets at Alturas Mall and Plaza Marcela follow the same Holy Week schedule with their respective store; while Chowking at Island City Mall and Alta Citta Mall opens regularly at 10 AM, and but closed on Holy Thursday and Good Friday.

Meanwhile, the regular store hours of Supermarkets and Medicine+ pharmacy are Island City Mall (9 AM-7 PM), Alturas Mall (8 AM-7 PM), Alta Citta Mall (7 AM-7 PM), Plaza Marcela (8 AM-6 PM), Alturas-Talibon (8 AM-6 PM), and Alturas-Tubigon (9 AM-5 PM).

At the Island City Mall, Bread Cottage is open from 9 AM-6 PM, Fixrite is from 10 AM-6 PM, BPI is Monday to Friday (9 AM-3 PM), PNB is from 9 AM-1 PM, LBC from Monday to Saturday (9 AM-6 PM), and M.Lhuillier from Monday to Sunday (9 AM- 6 PM). Other tenants which will open at 10 AM are Chowking, Greenwich, KFC, Bo’s Coffee, Harbour City, Dunkin Donuts, Goldilocks, Red Ribbon, Painitang Bol-anon, Roasted Chicken, Watsons, Payag, Cake Avenue, Perfax Laundry, Pet Central, Core Pacific and USSC. Also open are The Prawn Farm, Peanut World, Our Daily Bread, Alva’s, Roasted Pork, Sariling Hain, Gong Cha, and Lola Lilias.

At Alturas Mall, Bread Cottage is open daily from 8 AM-6 PM, Fixrite is from 8 AM-7 PM daily, M.Lhuillier (3rd Floor) from 10 AM- 6 PM, Metrobank (3rd Floor) from 10 AM-2 PM, and PNB (ground floor) from 9 AM-1 PM. Other tenants which will open at 8 AM are Jollibee, Greenwich, Goldilocks, Red Ribbon, Dunkin Donuts, and St. Patrick Roast.

At Alta Citta Mall, BPI is open from 9 AM-3 PM, while Jollibee is from 7 AM-7 PM. Other tenants which will open at 10 AM are Goldilocks, Dimsum Break, Estrella Bakery, and Alva’s. Also open are Ahongs, Thirsty, and Shawarma Shack.

At Alturas-Talibon, also open are Zagu, Thirsty, and Alva’s; while at Alturas-Tubigon, Goldilocks, Bread Cottage, and Marcela Farms are also open. Home Meals Foodcourt is also open at Plaza Marcela.

The Alturas Medicine+ pharmacy in front of Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital is also open from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Alturas offers P5k, P2.5k for thousands of its employees

In these trying times when the economy is shattered by the CoViD-19 pandemic, and everyone here is already feeling the pangs of hunger because of business downturns and mandated closures, Alturas Group of Companies (AGC) takes a drastic move to rescue its thousands of workers who are now affected financially by the current crisis.

Always looking for the welfare of its employees, top management of AGC provided financial assistance of P5,000 each to all regular employees, in which half of the amount, P2,500, is in the form of gift certificate for their grocery needs, while the other half of the amount P2,500 is in cash.

All casual, Cydem, NESCO, and NICO employees will also be given P2,500 each in which half of the amount P1,250 is in the form of gift certificate for their grocery needs, while the other half of the amount P1,250 is in cash.

According to the Finance Department of AGC, “Aside from the government-initiated financial assistance, this is another financial assistance purely an expense of the company intended for its affected employees. Dako gyod ni nga kantidad nga gasto mismo sa kompanya nga mibati og tukmang kalooy sa tanang mga empleyado nga apektado karon sa kagutom ug kawad-on tungod sa dakong krisis nga giatubang sa nasod ug tibook kalibotan.”

Meanwhile, hundreds of displaced workers had already applied for the Bayanihan Livelihood Assistance Program of AGC which let them get involved in backyard gardening and fish farming. As of last Thursday, March 26, there were more than 100 applicants who availed of the said alternative livelihood program which is coordinated by the Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), Department of Agriculture and Landbank of the Philippines.

The Alturas Bayanihan livelihood program is open to all who are interested and willing to farm at home just to sustain or even earn a living. Fertilizers and seeds are provided free in backyard gardening; while tilapia fry or semilya and starter feeds for the first 30 days are also given free in fish farming. Those who qualify will have initial technical support.

AGC added that basic requirement in backyard gardening is a land space either front or backyards with enough water supply; while a land at least 25 square meters with enough water supply is needed in fish farming.
