A pedestrian safety reminder from Mobility Office:

Dahan-dahan para iwas sagasa. Sa isang crash, ang pedestrian na tinamaan sa 30km/h speed ay may 90% chance of survival.

Pero sa 60km/h, bumababa ito ng 5-10%!
