The ideal candidate is a compassionate Registered Social Worker with experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. They will provide psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and patient and family-centered support while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications include:
*PRC license for Social Worker
*Bachelor’s degree in social work
*Experience in medical social work or acute care preferred
*Strong knowledge of discharge planning and community resources
*Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills

Join Our Hemodialysis Team!

The Hemodialysis Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care to individuals undergoing hemodialysis treatment. This includes preparing patients, monitoring their condition during treatment, and ensuring the safe and effective use of dialysis equipment. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care and promote patient well-being.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
Passed the Nursing Licensure Examination
Member of Philippine Nurses Association
Member of Philippine Oncology Nurses Association (PONA)

Preferred:
IVT (Intravenous Therapy) Trained
CVAD/IVAD (Central/Implanted Venous Access Device) Trained
BBraun Trained

Work Experiences:
With 6 to 12 months of related work experience in hemodialysis unit
