We're Hiring: Head Nurses

To be assigned in one designation either ICU, ER or Inpatient Ward

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Manage patient care plans and monitor treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing personnel
- Serve as a liaison between nurses, physicians, and administrative staff
- Handle scheduling, resource allocation, and conflict resolution

Essential Skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Organizational and multitasking proficiency
- Empathy and patient-centered care approach
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree Nursing
-Passed the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination
-Preferably with at least nine (9) units of post graduate studies related to nursing management.
-At least two (2) years of work experience at bedside within the network hospitals or 3 years of clinical bedside experience in other institutions.
-Member of accredited Professional Nursing Organization specifically Philippine Nurses Association (PNA), Philippine Oncology Nurse Association (PONA), Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines (ANSAP)
-Carries an active Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
-Attended the Basic Oncology Training provided by the institution or PONA
-Underwent any Leadership and Management Training within the institution or to any accredited association and training program by PRC.
