π’ IMPORTANT CLIENT ADVISORY
At Bela Bliss Spa, we are deeply committed to providing relaxing, high-quality service not only for our valued clients, but also to protect the well-being and dignity of our hardworking therapists.
Our therapists dedicate their time, effort, and energy to ensure every client receives the best possible experience. Just like our clients, their time is equally valuable and deserving of respect.
Recently, there have been instances where therapists were asked to wait for more than two (2) hours, and unfortunately, that clients did not arrive or inform us of any cancellation. Our therapists patiently waited in the lobby, setting aside other possible appointments. Situations like these greatly affect their time, income, and morale.
To maintain fairness and professionalism for everyone, please be guided by the following policy effective immediately:
β° Waiting Time Policy
β’ Therapists will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes only from the scheduled appointment time.
β’ If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes, a Waiting Time Fee will be applied to compensate for the therapistβs time and effort.
β’ An additional transportation fee may also apply when applicable.

Cancellation Courtesy
If you anticipate being late, expecting visitors, or unable to attend your appointment for any reason, we respectfully request that you cancel at least 2 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the reserved schedule to other clients who are waiting for available slots.
This policy is not meant to inconvenience anyone, but rather to ensure fairness, respect, and sustainability for both our clients and therapists. We sincerely hope for your understanding and support in helping us create a respectful and professional environment for all.
