Dr. Leonardo Ona is a board certified general surgeon practicing in the greater Manila area. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS), Philippine College of Surgeons, Philippine Society of General Surgeons (PCS), Philippine Association of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgeons (PALES) and the Philippine Academy of Head and Neck Surgeons (PAHNSI).

Currently, he is the training officer of General Surgery at the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City and is a faculty of surgery and anatomy at the St. Luke’s Medical Center College of Medicine.

The conditions he commonly attends to are diseases of the thyroid gland and and other head and neck tumors, breast cancer, gallbladder and biliary stones, Inguinal and umbilical hernia, a**l conditions such as hemorrhoids and fistula-in-ano, acute abdominal emergencies such as appendicitis and diverticulitis, colon and re**al diseases, trauma, minor surgical conditions such as skin and soft tissue tumors and cysts, circumcision.
