Most workplace training focuses on what employees do. Very few address how they manage what they feel while doing it.

When employees cannot regulate their emotions under pressure, the impact does not stay internal. It shows up in decision-making, team dynamics, and client interactions.

Mind You's Emotion Regulation workshops are designed to address this at every level of need.

From building foundational emotional awareness to managing real-time stress during high-stakes situations, our three-level program equips your workforce with practical, evidence-based tools they can apply immediately.

Mind You was proud to serve as an official mental well-being partner of FitStreet, and Days 1 and 2 showed us exactly what happens when a community is given real space to engage with their well-being.

Our on-ground activities and on-stage sessions with Jackie, Rea, Paula, and Geli created a genuine energy that made people ready to be more present for themselves and for each other making well-being their top priority.

That is what evidence-based, accessible mental well-being support looks like in practice.

June is almost here, and with it comes an important question for organizations: Beyond inclusion, do employees truly feel psychologically safe at work?

For many, showing up means navigating environments not fully built for their experiences.

Psychological safety is the ability to speak up, be seen, and take risks without fear.

Mind You’s Workshops and Trainings help organizations build safer, more inclusive workplaces through practical, skills-based learning.

This coming Pride Month, let inclusion be more than a statement. Learn more about our Workshops and Trainings. Talk to us. → qrau.co/kWEf6

Two days. One community. Real conversations about well-being.

Mind You, a proud partner of Fit Street Health & Wellness Festival 2026 brought mental well-being and fitness into a space built around physical health.

Over Days 1 and 2, we engaged with individuals who took a closer look at their mind-body connection.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made space for these conversations. Every step towards understanding mental well-being helps build healthier individuals, teams, and communities.

If you are exploring what evidence-based well-being support can look like for your organization, we would be glad to walk you through it. Talk to us. - https://qrau.co/kWEf67

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this year, we're not just raising awareness. We're asking a more grounded question: Is your organization equipped to actually respond when your people need support?

Mind You's Mental Health First Aid Training ensures that your people are part of a psychologically safe culture where leaders learn how to listen without judgment, respond calmly, and safely escalate to professional care.

Your team will benefit from the following:
• Recognize distress early and respond with care
• Support colleagues across diverse experiences
• Build resilience through burnout, change, and crisis

Fit Street Health & Wellness Festival 2026 was two days of movement, community, and conversations that counted.

We want to take a moment to acknowledge the people who made the on-stage experience what it was.

Day 1: Jackie Caniza, COO of Mind You, and Rea Celine Villa, Senior Psychologist of Mind You, brought the room into honest, grounded discussions about well-being at work. Their session was informative and interactive, giving the audience space to reflect and leave with something they could actually use.

Day 2: Paula Ferrer, Head of Research & Development of Mind You, and Geli Cruz-Marshall, Product Marketing Head of Mind You, carried that same energy forward. Through an engaging, movement-based session, they helped the audience move from awareness to a clearer sense of what taking care of themselves can look like in practice.

Mind You bridged the mind and body to support holistic, whole-person well-being.

To Jackie, Rea, Paula, and Geli, thank you for showing up with expertise, and to everyone who listened and participated in our on-stage sessions: every step toward understanding mental well-being helps build healthier individuals, teams, and communities.

If you are exploring what evidence-based well-being support can look like for your organization, we would be glad to walk you through it. Talk to us. - https://qrau.co/kWEf67
