Holiday stress is real but you are not alone in it.

The season can be joyful and overwhelming, and it is okay to feel both.

Here are 3 simple, grounding habits you can do to ease holiday stress:

→ Be self-aware. Notice early signs of stress: a tight chest, racing thoughts, irritability.

Pause, breathe, and name what you feel. It helps you respond with clarity instead of overwhelm.

→ Identify your stressors. List what drained your energy this week.

Spot patterns and choose one stressor you can address: Holiday shopping, setting a boundary, or asking for support.

→ Set realistic goals, and start small. Break tasks into the smallest steps.

Do one step at a time and acknowledge progress. Small wins reduce pressure and build momentum.

Small steps can make this time feel lighter, steadier, and more manageable.
