👉 Average risk: magsimula ng mammogram every year at age 40.
👉 High risk: magsimula ng mammogram + MRI age 25–30, o 10 taon mas bata kaysa sa pinakabatang kamaganak na nagka-breast cancer.
👉 Ituloy ang screening hangga’t healthy at may ≥10 years life expectancy.

LCIS ≠ Cancer 🚫🎗️
Ang Lobular Carcinoma In Situ (LCIS) ay hindi breast cancer — pero senyales ito na mas mataas ang risk sa hinaharap.

🔎 Classic LCIS → kadalasan surveillance lang (chance na maging cancer kung i-excision: ~2–3%)
⚠️ Florid/Pleomorphic LCIS → kailangan ng excision (chance na may kasamang cancer: ~20–40%)
💊 Tamoxifen (20mg/ araw x 5 taon) → nakakapagpababa ng breast cancer risk ng halos 50% (NSABP P-1 Trial).

✨ Hindi ito cancer diagnosis, kundi pagkakataon para maging mas maingat at protektado. Kumonsulta sa breast specialist tungkol sa tamang bantay o gamutan.
