15 cm tumor left adrenal (normal size 1.6cm). Laparoscopic adrenalectomy nephrectomy done. On CT the tumor was noted to be adherent to the upper pole of the left kidney. The renal vein was compressed by the mass and intra operatively was encased by the tumor.
