Through pranayama and breathwork, yoga, sound meditation, and cold immersion, this immersive experience will help you expand awareness of your mind’s reactivity and teach you to pause before reacting.
Alongside practice, you’ll receive a lecture and guided self-inquiry on attachment and trauma responses, helping you to recognize your own patterns and create new pathways for healing.
