Current Status: Somewhere between 'one more holiday nap' and 'let’s change the world.'

The 'holiday brain' is real, but our mission is calling! We’re spending this weekend recharging our batteries so we can hit the ground running with our students on January 5th.

There are new words to be spoken, goals to be crushed, and 14 years of milestones to continue building. We’ve missed our SMLC families and can’t wait to get back to the therapy centers! 💙

Some changes answer the prayers parents whisper quietly. 💙

A family shared how therapy at SMLC helped ease worries they once carried every day—tantrums that became more manageable, eye contact that finally met theirs, clearer responses, and a child who now understands instructions and recognizes familiar things. These moments have brought calm, hope, and happiness into their home.

Thank you to Teacher Roden for the patience, care, and consistency you’ve shown from day one. And thank you to SMLC Olongapo for being a place families are grateful they found.
