🌟 Meet Teacher Dex 🌟
A passionate mover, a dedicated student, and a teacher who has spent nearly a decade sharing the energy and discipline of the practice.

Dexter began his yoga journey at just 17, when his mom brought him to his first class — a moment that opened the door to a lifelong path. Since then, he has immersed himself deeply in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, completing his 200-hour Vinyasa training in 2016 and 200-hour Ashtanga training in 2017.

With 9 years of full-time teaching and experience guiding communities across Metro Manila, Laguna, Palawan, La Union, and Bataan, Dex brings a playful yet grounded spirit to the mat. His mission? To inspire more people to move, explore, and connect with their own yoga journey. ✨
