Life lately.. and it’s all about making better choices. Happy 30th to you 🌱

Thank you for doing the heavy lifting in terms of sifting through what healthy products are for real without the additives or hidden icky ingredients.

Ways to lessen mental fog, handle stress better, and feel happier overall?

EAT FIBER. And lots of it!

The gut-brain axis has been studied time and time again. Our gut and its health contributes not only to better digestion but also mental clarity, improved focus and concentration, overall good mood and disposition, and it helps regulate our immune system.

With everyone getting sick left and right- this is the most no brainer great habit to practice consistently.

Some days are tougher than others.. sometimes, you can’t tell your left from your right side, or where you last put your keys, or where you parked, or what time your first meeting of the day is.. or if you’ve responded to that email for work..

But for that 45mins of movement you carve for yourself each morning where you show up- you are focused, determined to sweat hard, & have fun - you become connected to and feel like yourself. And believe that anything is possible.. and tell yourself, today will be a GREAT DAY. Because you chose YOU.

Despite the busy or hitting the snooze button after least 5x, you rolled outta bed and on to your mat out, workout wear on, ponytail high.
It feels GOOD. You respect yourself a little more because you did what you set out to do. You didn’t bail on your promise. Discipline won and you showed up.

For the last 3 months of 2024, commit to working on-
1. Your health
2. Your mind
3. Your peace ✌️

Deeply inhale. Exhale slowly. Relax your shoulders, the space between your eyebrows. Remind yourself you deserve to prioritize your health and your wellness - in all aspects.

Don’t know where to begin? Here are 3 hacks to get you back on the healthy track:

1. Cook in.
Home-cooked meals are nutritious, delicious, and you get to save, too! You get to hit your macros by prepping your own food, which in turn help you stay satiated and energized, whether at work or while working out.

2. Prioritize Sleep
Try to fall asleep and wake up at the same time everyday. Follow the rise and fall of the sun! This allows you to optimize your energy and time as you reset your Circadian Rhythm. Your cortisol levels will improve, too.

3. Move Consistently
At SWC we meet you where you’re at- whether a seasoned mover or just beginning again- and empower you to move with precision, control and flow- ideally in the morning (which helps with #2!). We are on your side, and want you enjoy each curated class with every single sweaty sesh you take.
