August’s threshold seeks a thorough restructuring of strategies built on identities that formed from survival, protection & performing towards that of aligning, truth and real present moment safety and body (intuitive, sensate) knowing.

When we ask for evidence, our RAS (reticular activating system) starts looking for evidence.

We’re headed into a new moon week but first a long void as the sun shifts, choice points and triggers 🦁 this leo season is bringing it all in, so we may feel supported to evolve from our loops, karmic patterns and old stories.

Mars in Virgo sits with the South Node today,
a slow burning build up to a sense of reclamation back to wholeness

Mars in Virgo points us where we over analyse, perfect, over sacrifice in the name of service.

The fragments of karmic feminine wounds where priestesses of old were burned, persecuted for being stewards of nature.

The rigors of “devotion” that costs self worth, dignity, self agency.

The south node is where energy is discharged, released, integrated.

In Virgo, this feminine mutable Earth centers on daily habits, rituals, sacred service, temple keeping - that includes our body, our immediate environment, work, pets, rituals.

This transit seeks a reckoning of where and how these karmic wounds are being triggered and activated for a thorough, surgical filtering, cleaning, healing.

And this starts with compassionate awareness where, how we continue to give life to narratives of martyrdom, over functioning, ‘being’ a victim of circumstance

from here sanctify a more aligned way where we get to be whole upon ourselves, devoted to our inherent worthiness and serving from this place

Of tending to our temples lovingly so we can tend to others resourced.

And how might you forgive the parts of you that still believe in this misunderstanding?

The Moon moves through Aries today igniting the fire to move, act, begin and initiate something.

But with Saturn and Neptune retrograde in Aries, and Mercury in Leo about to join the retreat, it’s not about charging forward blindly.

It’s about pausing to presence the slow burn
Letting the flame of discomfort illuminate what’s ready to be dismantled and released.

Uranus in Gemini may be shaking up our inner stories asking louder than ever:

Who are you without the roles, the rules, the rush, the identities?

There may feel like a collective existential crisis,
May we reframe it as a clearing.

A sacred bonfire where you get to burn what no longer serves,
tend to the ashes, and begin again truer this time.

Internalized pressure lives on the body.
In the jaw that clenches
In the shoulders that tightens
In the heart that braces before speaking its truth

This week asks we slow down instead of push

And it can be exhausting to carry too much too long

The kind of exhaustion that doesnt come from doing too litlle
but from holding it all; everyone and still feeling like its never enough.

This retrograde season is unearthing survival codes in our systems:

The pressure to perform
The belief that rest must be earned
The ancestral story that said love = labor

The invitation is to choose differently now.
To rebuild softer, wiser, rooted in enough-ness

The pressure you’re feeling isnt random.
Its your body, mind and soul integrating what this season is asking.
Its the resistance to slow down because of the conditioning that you’re not allowed to. That if you stop and presence for a while you wont survive, because life, work, bills, obligations dont stop.

Saturn + Neptune retrograde in Aries is unraveling false identities hardened by survival

Pluto retrograde in Aquarius surfacing collective wirings that lives in our nervous system

Uranus in Gemini cracking open the mental maps and stories that are breaking down to be rewritten

And these can be felt in the body - the bones, knees, tendons, heels our very circuitry

So that exhaustion, confusion, mental fog? Its not there to make you spiral nor brute force your way out of..

It asks presence, process and remembrance.

If you’re tired, if it hurts, if things don’t make sense
this full moon is a sobering light, a culmination of all that no longer fits

We are unravelling age old paradigms and structures that betray the very nature and essence of sacred reciprocity

We were never meant to be this stimulated nor separated from nature.

May this full moon remind us of our sacred responsibility as stewards, elders and tenders of our fire - not the fire that burns cities and homes - but the fire of hearths, the fire in the center where all may gather in safety, in connection

May we remember this definition of responsibility
and reclaim the spirit of Capricorn, the ancient feminine root system that supports all of life

How are you holding space for all of it?

What emotions are surfacing to be met with acceptance, compassion, safety?

Where do you guilt trip yourself instead. Judging and shaming yourself towards success believing it motivates you to be better, be on top?

Where are you rushing to find clarity and believing that you are behind or there is not enough time?

What new scaffolding is waiting to be built from the bones of ancestral traditions that served the past but no longer resonant or in alignment with you?

Be gentle with your heart and soft with your mind.
We are unravelling eons, cycles and age old paradigms

Name the feeling, and meet the story with TLC,

So you can liberate yourself from dis-identifying with it and instead create new pathways for yourself and the future you are responsible for co creating.

Let’s be safe spaces and continue the internal work it takes to provide others a regulated, centered mirror and empower them by reminding them of their agency

Healing isn’t something we do or provide, its an energetic frequency we root into, in Presence so others can step into the same by being with you

As the number of safe spaces, ceremonies, circles continue to rise (which Im truly ecstatic about!!) so too the shadow that comes with the light and we need both in equal measure

Our mission (should we truly choose to accept it 🥴) is to expand our capacity to HOLD, to regulate, to center
