AV108 Yoga School specializes in Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Internationally Accredited through Yoga Alliance. We provide a thorough, practical, comprehensive, holistic, integrative and in-depth yoga teacher training course that honors the ancient practices and traditions of yoga yet evolves to address modern focus. Our courses are designed for the serious and dedicated yoga student who have a passion for the teachings and practices of Ashtanga Yoga with a desire to share this gift with others. The yoga teacher training course integrates an applied and practical approach to the following key areas:
