AV108 Yoga School is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, which specializes in Ashtanga Yoga since 2013.

AV108 Yoga School specializes in Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Internationally Accredited through Yoga Alliance. We provide a thorough, practical, comprehensive, holistic, integrative and in-depth yoga teacher training course that honors the ancient practices and traditions of yoga yet evolves to address modern focus. Our courses are designed for the serious and dedicated yoga student who have a passion for the teachings and practices of Ashtanga Yoga with a desire to share this gift with others. We started AV108 with a simple mission: to make Ashtanga Yoga more accessible — less intimidating, more human, and something you can genuinely meet where you are.

Over the last 13 years, our training space has become more than just learning sequences and techniques. It’s become a place where people feel safe to truly listen to their body — to try again, laugh, wobble, rest, and grow in their own way. Along the way, AV108 also became a space where friendships (and sometimes even lifelong relationships) have blossomed and stayed.

That’s what we keep coming back to in every training: real practice, real people, and a community that feels like home.
