AV108 Yoga School specializes in Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Internationally Accredited through Yoga Alliance. We provide a thorough, practical, comprehensive, holistic, integrative and in-depth yoga teacher training course that honors the ancient practices and traditions of yoga yet evolves to address modern focus. Our courses are designed for the serious and dedicated yoga student wh

o have a passion for the teachings and practices of Ashtanga Yoga with a desire to share this gift with others. The yoga teacher training course integrates an applied and practical approach to the following key areas:

Yesterday, we went to several areas in Bulacan as part of the Surya Project, the karma yoga program of AV108 Yoga School. We brought basic grocery packs to families affected by the recent flooding.

This initiative is one of the ways we practice yoga off the mat, by showing up for communities in need and offering support in simple, practical ways. It was a day of helping out where we could, and being reminded of the importance of community care.

Thank you to our AV108 Yoga Community for conducting donation-based classes and everyone who helped make this possible. We’re grateful to be able to do this together.
