Today, Hon. Councilor Eva’s inauguration. 🥹
And right in the middle of her inauguration speech, she mentioned my name even I wasn’t there physically. 🥹

I didn’t ask for it. I didn’t expect it. But I felt her gratitude..deeply.

This wasn’t about recognition. It was a quite reminder that healing ripples. Love echoes. Purpose finds its way back..

Access Bars. Consciousness. Soul reclamation.
These are not just tools. They’re portals to peace and purpose.

But here’s the truth: It wasn’t me, cause this kind of transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Eva did the inner work. She showed up for herself even her world was crashing. She said yes to healing, even when it was hard. And today, she stood in front of her community with clarity, confidence, and soul, because she chose to lead from within. ❤️

And today, seeing her as a public servant with clarity, confidence, and soul, was a reflection of what’s possible when we do the inner work… and choose to lead from within.

Daghang salamat, love..Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. You are a testimony of what’s possible when a woman remembers who she is.

What is Access Consciousness?

Access Consciousness is a beautiful body of tools, questions, and processes that invites you to live in greater awareness, ease, and choice. It’s not about fixing you because you are not broken. It’s about empowering you to know that you know, and to access the infinite being that you truly are.

What I love most about consciousness?
It does not judge.
It does not reject.
It simply includes everything and everyone—exactly as they are.

Consciousness embraces your shadows and your light.

Ohhh yes, gifting Access Bars to Family

This is more than just a session.

It’s a gift of space to breathe, to release, to be.

When we run Bars on out family, we’re not just helping them relax, we’re inviting their nervous system to soften, their mind to quiet, their soul to feel safe.

Sometimes, they don’t even have the words for what they feel but they always say, “It feels lighter.”

We don’t always need to talk or fix things with words.

Sometimes, the most loving thing we can offer is presence. Touch. Energy.

And Bars offers exactly that. An energetic reset.
Old thoughts, old stress, old emotional clutter… gently cleared.

As a practitioner and facilitator, I’ve seen it to everyone:

Anger soften into peace. Worry melt into calm. Silence becomes connection. When one person in the family receives, the whole system shifts.

With all the classes I’ve attended, hoiiiiiii, narealized nako na makapalit na jud ko’g a house and lot! 😂

I chose wisdom. I chose healing. I chose to expand beyond what the world told me I could be.

Every class, every journey, every tear, was an initiation.

So yes.. keep learning. Keep growing. This wisdom we carry isn’t just for us, it’s for the ones who will rise because we rose first.

This is the kind of wealth that never fades.
The kind that awakens, uplift, empower, heals, and contributes to generations.

“Ma’am, naghilak jud ko padulong diri sa atong Access Bars Class…Dili ko katuo, ba, nga sa taas kaayo sa healing process namo ni Papa na ako ra diay gihapon ang makacontribute saiyang kausaban.”

For years, ang iyang Papa nagbalik-balik ug rehab.
Relapse, pag-usab, then balik na pud.
Murag walay ending. Murag hopeless na.

“Pero pagkahuman sa first Bars session nga ikaw mismo nag process sa iya, clearing, ug melting personality. ni-shift ang tanan.”

Dili lang kalma ang iyang energy, kugihan pa jud kaayo siya karon sa balay. Manglimpyo, mutabang, makig-istorya ug tarong, murag naay kalit nga clarity nga niabot.

And the best part? Si papa nya na mismu ang mangita ug Bars session. Mao pud ni-decide xa na mag-practitioner na pud siya.

Sending you so much love today.

If you’re feeling some heavy or unfamiliar energy,
be gentle with yourself.
You're not alone, and you're not doing anything wrong.

Take care of yourself by:

1: Saying a little prayer or taking a few quiet moments to meditate.
2: Drinking lots of pure, clean water. Let it cleanse you.
3: Grounding yourself in nature. Walk barefoot, hug a tree, feel the Earth.
4: Soaking in a warm Epsom salt bath. Let the tension melt away.
5: Taking long, deep breaths. Inhale peace, exhale the rest.
6: Spending time with those who light you up, pets, people, or both.
7: Giving yourself permission to rest and sleep. Your body knows what it needs.
8: Recreating joy. Dance, sing, paint, laugh… do what makes you feel alive.
9: Nourishing yourself with electrolytes, broths, Himalayan or Celtic salt.
10: Most importantly, think beautiful thoughts.

Let love lead. Let joy rise. Let ease flow.

I used to have intense road rage. Grabe jud ko ka-toxic sa dalan! YOOOWOOO-ON jud ko sa dalan.😅

Saputon kaau ko basta naay mag-change ug lane nga walay signal light, or dili mag signal or mag-overtake sakoa. Maka-trigger pa jud nako kung naay mag-itum ug shirt nga mutabok sa dalan pag-gabii, mu-ingun ko, “Kabalo ka nga itum, tapos mutabok jud ka? Kung mabanggaan ka, sus!"

Yes, mag-sige jud ko’g yawyaw.

Lisud ko taparan sa sakyanan kay highblood jud mag-drive. Init permi akong ulo. I could speed up to 90-120kph, yes, halimaw kaau ko sa dalan. and almost every time, mag-away mi ni husband kay magbuot siya sa akong driving.

But after my first Access Bars session, this was the first thing my husband noticed, kalma na kaayo ko sa dalan. Ana xa, “hala bey. Kalma nagi kaau ka?”

My speed naturally slowed down to 60-80 kph, and instead of getting triggered, I actually enjoy driving now. No more pressure, no more anger.

For me now, “ohhh the road is so wide, let’s just share it.". That was the first miracle BARS brought into my life.

Maong maskin unza pa ng mga steps na para maiwasan ang road rage, mas lami jud gihapon kung ang mismung mind natu ang hilum and ease. ❤️

What BARS can do? ang maiwasan ning mga ani na situation ug ma-ulahi na ang tanan. Kaunon nalang ta ug pagmahay. Thank you BARS for saving my life.
