For almost 5 years, this little girl had tinea capitis.

Marked improvement was noted after treatment was initiated.

After using an anti-varicose patch (procured online) on her popliteal foassae area, patient developed an erythematous, extremely pruritic patch.

Patient was seen again after 10 days. No erythema noted and priritus. Patient now has PIH which we are currently addressing.

Patient had fillers injected done by a non-doctor. He then developed foreign body granulomas.

Lesions are erythematous plaques and nodules with a mix of doughy and hard consistencies on the temples (which migrated down to orbital/eyelid area) and both cheeks (not in the photos).

This usually happens when injection technique was improper, using wrong type of filler among others.
