This patient has Class 2 div.1 malocclusion and is cHaracterized by the prominent retrusion of the lower jaw leading to condylar head compression of the glenoid fossa this can cause temporo mandibular disorder that causes pain and dysfunction in the jaw joint and the surrounding muscles and nerves.In addressing this issue Neuromuscular therapy is my preferred treatment option.This therapeutic approach aims to address the root cause of the malocclusion by targeting the muscles and nerves involved in jaw movement and bite alignment.By focusing on the Neuromuscular system this treatment seeks to restore the balance and Function of the jaw to achieve a normal physiologic bite..

This patient has severe tooth abrasion due to Bruxism (night grinding)causing His bite to decrease in vertical dimension leading to clicking and popping sound in his Tempo Mandibular Joint (TMJ).Tooth abrasion is the process of the tooth's surface being worn down often due to excessive grinding and clenching of the teeth.This can cause significant loss of tooth structure where the upper and lower teeth no longer meet properly when the mouth is close.The decrease of vertical dimension(bagsak nga bite)can lead to misalignment of TMJ this condition known as temporo Mandibular Disorder (TMD)yhis can be painful and can affect the patients ability to Eat,Speak and even open their mouth Fully.
