Warm greetings from Glorious Resurrection Memorial Park, Inc.
We respectfully remind all valued lot owners to claim your Owner’s Copy of the Certificate of Ownership (C.O.) at the soonest possible time. Claiming your certificate ensures proper documentation, secure safekeeping, and the accurate updating of our records.
Please be advised that, as previously announced, a storage fee of ₱1,500.00 per unclaimed certificate will be imposed effective November 1, 2025, for certificates beyond the allowable claiming period.
To avoid additional charges, kindly observe the following deadlines:
🔹 C.O. issued on or before 2020
📅 Deadline of claiming: March 31, 2026
🔹 C.O. issued from 2021 to present
📅 Claim within 60 months (5 years) from the date of issuance
