Yesterday, March 26, 2026, the Council of Peer Facilitators successfully conducted the meaningful and empowering training entitled, โ๐ฃ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ผ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ ๐๐
๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด,โ held at the Multi-Purpose Room.
The session introduced participants to the power of photography as a therapeutic tool for self-expression, emotional release, and mental well-being. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, peer facilitators explored how images can reflect inner thoughts and feelings, allowing individuals to process emotions in a safe and creative way.
As part of the training, participants engaged in a Draw-A-Person activity, where they were asked to draw a person based on their own interpretation. This activity served as a projective exercise that encouraged self-expression and reflection. Through their drawings, participants were able to subtly express emotions, perspectives, and aspects of their personality, which were later discussed to promote deeper self-awareness and understanding of others.
Throughout the session, participants actively engaged in creative exercises, shared personal insights, and reflected on their journey as peer facilitators.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this training a truly enriching experience. Together, we continue to foster a community where every student feels heard, supported, and valued. ๐โจ
