Mga Ka-heartner, ito na ang sign na hinahanap mo! 😲

Sa leading causes of death ng mga Pinoy, marami rito ay non-communicable diseases o yung mga sakit na hindi naiipasa gaya ng sakit sa puso, kanser at diabetes. Nangunguna pa rin sa listahan ang mga ischemic heart disease at stroke na kadalasan ay natutukoy lamang kapag nagkaroon na ng heart attack.

Ating alamin kung paano tukuyin kung ang isang tao ay nagpapakita ng sinyales ng heart attack. Mahalaga ito upang maiwasan ang malubhang panganib sa ating puso at puso ng ating mga mahal sa buhay! Agad tumungo sa doktor kung nakaranas ng alinman sa mga sintomas na ito.
